This is more logical: Hair + Semen = blockage. However, as for the "large quantities" of supposed semen causing plumbing problems, there must be some series jacking off going on im Durham. At least they are "encouraged" to do it in the "comfort" of their own rooms. As for the DNA testing... bwahahaha. It'll be cheaper for them to just pay the plumbers.
