Have you tried the Dettol Cool shower cream? If you haven't, I urge you to give it a shot. It has menthol crystals, which means it gives your body a cool feeling. I tried it last night and I loved it, especially since it makes my privates feel tingly. I don't know about you, but if there's anything that can make my genitals feel tingly... I love it!

Oh, i know a face wash that does the same thing... it is called Biore Cool... I use it everyday and it makes me feel freash each time i use it...
i would love for it to have the same effect on my heart, if something like that exists..
Err.. I don't like menthol in personal care products. But anyways, plenty of things can make your family jewels feel tingly...
1) toothpaste
2) minyak angin?
3) LUX aromatherapy shower gel (not endorsed by LUX)
4) Durex Play Tingle (most probably endorsed by the family planning association of australia)
